U.S. Paralympic Team Trials - Swimming brandmark. June 27 - 29, 2024 in Minneapolis, MN

The Public Team Naming Ceremony will be on Sunday, June 30 at 9:30am CST at U.S. Bank Stadium. The doors will open at 9:00am.

  • 9:00am - The doors open for athletes and spectators
  • 9:30am - Team Announcement
  • 10:30 - 12:00pm - Reception (open to athletes and their families and friends)

Guests will enter the Stadium via the Lower Pentair Entrance.

  • Drivers
    • The 1010 Ramp is the closest parking option to the Lower Pentair Entrance. Parking Instructions. The Ramp is located across 6th Street South from this entrance. Once you have parked, exit the parking ramp and cross 6th Street to access this set of doors is located on the street level. There is a driveway available for any drop off/pick up needs. Once you have entered, Stadium staff will guide you to the event space.
  • Uber/Lyft Riders
    • All guests must enter the Stadium through the Lower Pentair entrance. Instruct your driver to bring you to 800 South 6th Street, Minneapolis, MN 5515. Once arrived, your driver will be able to pull into the driveway to drop you off at the Lower Pentair Entrance. Please enter the doors and Stadium staff will guide you to the event space.
  • Light Rail Riders
    • The city of Minneapolis has a metro system that runs directly between the University of Minnesota campus and U.S. Bank Stadium. Please walk to the East Bank Station located at 551 Washington Avenue, from there you will take a green line train going West towards Target Field. Ride the train for two stops and get off at the U.S. Bank Stadium stop. Walk towards the stadium, across the Medtronic Plaza and follow the sidewalk towards the right of the main entrance. You will follow a sidewalk/bike path down the ramp and take a left onto the Lower Pentair driveway. Approach the entrance doors and Stadium staff will guide you to the event space. If you find yourself at the Upper Pentair entrance, you can take the stairs on your right side to access Lower Pentair. You can also walk back to return to Medtronic Plaza and take the ramped sidewalk down to Lower Pentair.
